The design is compact with internal wheels for standard type trolleys and is fitted with two directional lock wheels, enabling easier steering for lifting and placing of coffin into the hearse. The functions are powered, reducing stress and strain, and can be operated by hand held remote control.

The Diplomat is equiped with an alloy body cradle frame with four straps for lifting and placing the body into the coffin.
